Mina Peher a beautiful, daring and creative primary school teacher, in her thirties, lives in a small town in Serbia, during the dictatorship of Slobodan Milosevic. Unhappy and dissatisfied with life that she leads there, she puts too much expectation on the fall of the regime. Disappointed that the political change did not bring what she expected and also feeling unfulfilled professionally, socially and emotionally, Mina leaves Serbia and moves to Paris. She moves in with her mother, a successful and energetic fashion designer with whose help and guidance she tries to start a new life. Her estranged mother is introducing her into the jet set of Paris and lands her a job at the publishing house, providing her with the opportunity to build a successful career. Mina brings with her a baggage of unstable and intensive relationships with four men - Paul, who is a good guy but a coward and a mama's boy; Peter, a mobster who lives for adrenaline rush, fast money and is unpredictable; Igor, a succesful businessman, a nice guy but not immune to the charms of other women; and a sensitive stranger, a man who has a gentleman's persona but is an icredible breathtaking lover...
