Founded on the 13th october 2000, the european judicial training network (ejtn) is a non-profit making international organisation (aisbl) with its headquarters in brussels.
It comprises thirty-one national training institutions of the european union member states, specifically responsible for the training of the professional judiciary, as well as the european academy of law. its goals are mainly to identify the training needs of the judiciary and therefore, to propose to national training institutions coordinated policies at the european level, common training activities.
Since 2005, it has its headquarters as well as an administrative team located in brussels. more details about its activities can be found in its quaterly newsletter available on its website.
