An undercover Seattle cop is in hot water after discovering that a U.S. senator and a Russian mob boss are in business together. But with his fellow officers on the senator's payroll, the detective has no one to trust and nowhere to hide - until he runs into Mack Bolan. While fleeing dirty cops who want to silence him, the police officer is nearly hit by Bolan's SUV. The desperate detective is shot and collapses. Bolan rescues the injured man and takes up his fight. But the killers are relentless and the warrior may be too late to save the two people who can tell him where the evidence has been hidden: the officer's wife and young son.
